All Affiliate Partners must agree and abide by the Affiliate Partner Agreement (APA). Please, read it carefully before the registration. All Affiliate Partners and their accounts must also agree and abide by the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).

AFFILIATE PARTNER AGREEMENT For Person or Company (hereinafter the term "Company" as used here) to become a Netco Affiliate Partner, it must: File and pay all personal and business income taxes including state, local and federal taxes owed because of bonuses or payments made to you in connection with this program. Provide Netco with current contact information. Name, phone number, email address, mailing address and taxpayer ID number must be kept current at all times. Failure to keep this information current can result in delays in payment, and/or account termination without payment. Represent Netco in a lawful and ethical manner. Affiliate Partner must only claim or represent what Netco has provided to the Affiliate Partner. Any claims by the Affiliate Partner that do not reflect what has already been printed or deemed fit by Netco will be declared untrue and inaccurate. Any attempts to abuse, undermine, slander, libel, threaten, swear at, or cause harm to Netco, our clients, our employees, network or Netco directly is strictly prohibited and is grounds for immediate Affiliate Partner account termination. In addition, Netco will pursue all attempts to the fullest extent of the law. Affiliate Partner may only advertise in ways stated and provided by Netco. Any use of logos or any other copyrighted material must be approved by Netco. Affiliate Partner may not make false representations or false claims about Netco's services or about the compensation plan. Once the (Company) accepts this Agreement, it will become binding to both parties. Once this Agreement becomes binding, (Company) will become an Affiliate Partner and in no way will Affiliate Partner be considered or deemed as an employee of Netco. Affiliate Partner will have no rights to Netco and it's profits. No laws pertaining to employees shall be considered or enjoyed by the Affiliate Partner of Netco. Netco will not be responsible for any taxes or contributions or any other laws pertaining to employees for the Affiliate Partner. Commission is paid on the sale of Netco hosting services only. Definition of sales - Affiliate Partner will ONLY be paid on "fully paid qualified web hosting sales". Affiliate Partner is responsible for signing up the accounts. Sign-up must be done through the web at netco.ru. If Affiliate Partner needs to contact Netco about an account to clarify or finalize any details, Affiliate Partner must use the Customer Contact form. Netco agrees to pay 20% of monthly invoicing for Affiliate Partner accounts to (Company) for a period of one year from date of sign-up of each account. Netco agrees to pay all and any earned commission by the 30th of the following month to the Affiliate Partner. Commission will only be paid on accounts that Netco has collected from on time, Affiliate Partner will not receive commission on delinquent accounts. Netco will provide to the Affiliate Partner a monthly status report on their Affiliate Partner accounts. These reports will only contain the total number of Affiliate Partner domains and total paid, no other specific account information will be given in order to comply with Netco's Privacy Policy. Netco will only release individual account status under a 3rd party audit at the expense of the Affiliate Partner. If at any time an Affiliate Partner account wishes to discontinue services, the Affiliate Partner account must provide Netco with a 30 day written notification of cancellation. Affiliate Partner will only quote and use Netco's account prices. Affiliate Partner must also use Netco's account details. Netco will provide technical support to Affiliate Partner accounts consistent with standard Netco hosting accounts excluding web site coding and functionality issues. These issues will be referred to the Affiliate Partner. There are never and will never be any guarantee of income or other earnings either verbal or written or implied. All earnings are always based solely on the efforts of the Affiliate Partner. All Affiliate Partners and their accounts must abide by Netco's Acceptable Use Policy. This Agreement may be terminated or suspended if a breach of this contract is discovered. Violation of any or all of the terms herein will forfeit any and all commission, and Affiliate Partner status will be terminated. Affiliate Partner may at any time and for any reason cancel participation in this program. Affiliate Partner must give 30 days written notification to Netco to its principle address. Upon cancellation, any Affiliate Partner earnings will be paid in the following manner: Affiliate Partner will receive all unpaid commission earned up to that point within 60 days of Netco receiving cancellation notice. Netco may at any time, at the its own discretion modify, change, edit, or update all or any of the Terms and Conditions, Policies and Procedures, Hosting Accounts and/or the Compensation Plan as it sees fit to do so. Affiliate Partner will be notified of modifications to this Agreement by email. Netco is the sole arbiter when it comes to Affiliate Partner disputes, domain name disputes and Affiliate Partner payments. Netco reserves the right to discontinue the Affiliate Partner Program at anytime with 30 days notice to the Affiliate Partner. Affiliate Partner has completely read and understood and clearly agrees to the entire Agreement and complies with all terms and conditions stated within.
